Kids with ADHD and sports can go hand in hand with some careful planning. If your son or daughter has been diagnosed with ADHD, it is important that you find a sport that fits with their particular personality. If at first you do not find a sport that is a perfect fit, do not give up hope. Simply try additional sports, until you find the perfect one.
