Extreme Sports at Science Museum OKC, luxury at Bricktown Hotel

The Science Museum Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, strives to attract all sections of the populace to the wonderful world of science. One such effort is the Extreme Sports Expo on Sept 3.

Look Out for Extreme Sports Expo!

As the name suggests, the Extreme Sports Expo is an event that blends science and extreme sports. A sports event is not what you would expect from a museum, but Science Museum Oklahoma, located in the popular Adventure District of Oklahoma City, always seeks to pleasantly surprise. Extreme Sports Expo seeks to celebrate the release of the thrilling new IMAX film that will be showing at the museum’s Dome theatre, “Extreme.” It offers a fantastic insight into extreme sports.

The event also features rock climbing, enthralling BMX demonstrations as well as BC Longboards, Edmond Summit, OKC Kayak, MAWI Cable Park, Sun and Ski, and more. There will also be an exhibition of extreme sport retailers. Visitors can learn some of the extreme sports and also buy related stuff. The other IMAX film that will be shown is “Everest.”

There’s no better way to experience all kinds of extreme sports in all their glory firsthand and also learn to practice some of them yourself. Science Museum Oklahoma and Oklahoma City have done it again, bringing exciting events in their effort to entertain and educate OKC residents and visitors to the city.
